It has been a while...
Thought I'd write because it has been a while.
Not much has changed for us over the last month or so...Brayden is picking up a bunch of new words and getting into more and more each day (he started getting up on to drawers to reach high shelves, etc), but Greg and I are in similar places. We bought Greg a bike so he could start riding to work once it stays light a little longer...and Brayden a little ride-a-long trailer to pull behind my bike. We hope to go for some expeditions soon, but it seems that fixing our house takes precedence over all else! We are making strides forward in this venue, and are about to start the kitchen remodel (then comes the bath, laundry area, rooms, and the list goes on and on...). We took out a lime tree, rose bushes, and some daisies last weekend, and by the time Greg dumped the yard waste I think all the limes were gone. Everyone wanted them including the post man, a neighbor, moving guys, and the folks at the yard waste facility. We feel popular! :)
We just got a new camera (arriving today), so soon we'll be able to post some new pics and videos. Our camera broke in late December, so we've missed many moments we hoped to capture but couldn't. Hopefully Brayden still will do a few of the things for the camera, like his tickle monster and dancing. They are hilarious.
We're headed to TX for a visit around Easter, and look forward to seeing our friends and family. We miss being around people that we know and love!
