Christian Book Break

I've decided to take a break from Christian books, save a few, for a year to catch up on reading the classics and current best sellers. I've finished Chronicles of Narnia, Enders Game, Kite Runner, and I'm working on the complete works of Jane Austen.

What are the top books you recommend I read?

Also, I'll have a video up soon of Brayden walking!

you also might like stephen king's the dark tower series.

This is just a thought But that series that Greg and I read is very good. It's by Robert Jordan. I can hardly wait for the next one to come out. I also liked "A Boy Named It". But That is pretty sad. I have just finished reading "North and South" and Iam going to read the series. ByBy Love T.A.

I hope its not too late to suggest these books I have just finished reading (and liked- some more than others)though you are pretty much set with the jane austen volume-
1. Mill on the Floss- George Elliot
2. Gora- Tagore (and Indian novel)
3. My sister's Keeper- Jodi Picoult (nore recent novel)
4. Story Girl- L.M.Montgomery (but I agree with Tiffany the Anne of Green Gables series is a must)
5. Reading Lolita in Tehran- a memoir about novels' impact on an oppressed society

Ok now if you have some time perhaps you can suggest some Christian books that would be good reads...I haven't read outright Christian lit in a while
